NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises and the mutual covenants hereinafter set forth, the parties hereto agree as follows:

Sandra E. Willard aka willardhosting.com does not necessarily support, sanction, encourage, endorse, verify or agree with the opinions, statements, content or comments hosted by Sandra E. Willard's aka willardhosting.com customers, advertisers, vendors, banner exchange participants or partners. Information, products and services offered, placed or sold online belong to the respective companies or individuals who place them there and are not representative of Sandra E. Willard aka willardhosting.com may be terminated if I do not follow the guidelines or adhere to Sandra E. Willard aka willardhosting.com disclaimer.

  2. I understand that Sandra E. Willard aka willardhosting.com has the right to delete all data, files, or other information stored on Sandra E. Willard aka willardhosting.com storage devices in my account, if my account is terminated, for any reason, by myself or by Sandra E. Willard aka willardhosting.com

  3. I understand Sandra E. Willard aka willardhosting.com may cancel Sandra E. Willard aka willardhosting.com by sending written notice to my last known mailing or billing address. I understand that I may cancel my Sandra E. Willard aka willardhosting.com Services by calling Sandra E. Willard aka willardhosting.com or informing them in writing. I understand that monthly fees will be prorated for the period of time the service was active or in force.

  4. I agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Sandra E. Willard aka willardhosting.com from any claims or damages resulting from use of Sandra E. Willard aka willardhosting.com Services.

  5. DOMAIN NAME: If Sandra E. Willard aka willardhosting.com shall acquire an Internet Domain Name on behalf of the Customer, then in such case the Customer hereby waives any and all claims which it may have against Sandra E. Willard aka willardhosting.com, for any loss, damage, claim or expense arising out of or in relation to the registration of such Domain Name in any on-line or off-line network directories, membership lists or registration lists, or the release of the Domain Name from such directories or lists following the termination of the providing of this service by Sandra E. Willard aka willardhosting.com for any reason.
